Thank you so much for this wonderful ukulele. Your tips for caring for it are so appreciated, too! I couldn't stop playing it last night. First, I made up a couple of my own chords and recorded a pretty little song onto my computer. Then I worked on tuning to get a good ear for what each string sounds like. The rest of the night I learned IZ's "Somewhere over the Rainbow" and it was fun challenge to learn to coordinate my hands with one strumming such a pattern and one hand playing the frets, and then working until I could keep speed with the recorded version. I've always wanted to play that song to accompany my husband's singing. Most importantly, the rich sounds of the ukulele vibrated around me and helped me de-stress from my busy life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
